I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my struggles! The overall experience was so below par, I almost thought about giving a decent review — but, alas, I just couldn’t, too many issues to overlook!

This was just an excellent fit for a two-day stay in Leon with high value for money. The shower was refreshing after a long day exploring. Make sure to ask for a quiet room if needed.

missingWrote a review on Nov 10basic amenitiesvalue priceroom comfort
Good value for the price paid in a pinch, offering enough basic amenities to get by for a couple of nights.
The rooms lack comfort, as evidenced by cramped quarters with three small beds instead of the booked queen. The whole place seems like it's stuck in the past. the reception furniture looks dingy, and the overall decor needs a serious update. Rooms emit an unpleasant stale smoke smell, especially on the seventh floor, with air conditioning that feels outdated and barely functional.

good location, decent value, noisy halls.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. Breakfast was hearty and nicely presented, offering a solid start to the day.
The lack of soundproofing is frustrating, as disturbances from other rooms can really disrupt your peace. The bedding quality is poor, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14clean roomperfect locationmisleading entrance
Location was perfect—just a hop, skip, and jump to the bus station! The room was clean and had a bit of charm, despite the tiny lift that felt like it was auditioning for a horror movie.
But honestly, the entrance had me thinking I stumbled into a five-star, and the upstairs? A two-star nightmare! Talk about a 'before and after' showcase!

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the train station and a short walk to the beautiful Cathedral. The room was clean and large enough, perfect for a couple of nights. Breakfast was hearty, though it leaned heavily on carbs.
No soundproofing.

My stay at crisol was a nice surprise. I’ve been to leon before, but this time the value for money was spot on and the room was really spacious. The location close to the railway station made exploring super easy!
